Why should I choose a VA over hiring a member of staff?
In a short period of time, you’ll notice that a virtual assistant does not incur the costs that an employee does. You don’t have to rent office space for me to perform my job. There’s no need to pay for and provide equipment; I come with everything that I need to perform the task(s) at hand. Then there’s the employee benefits: holiday pay, sick pay, national contributions; none of this applies with a virtual assistant. You only pay for the work that I actually do. What geographical areas do you cover?
I operate any and everywhere in the UK. The great thing about virtual assistance is that travelling and location doesn’t become a factor because I work remotely. So, wherever you or your business is in the UK, you’ll feel as though your virtual assistant is right by your side.

Should I be concerned about confidentiality?
I know how important it is to keep yours and your clients’ information private. As a business professional, I understand how crucial it is to protect your business. My terms and conditions document is a contract which includes a confidentiality clause and is legally binding. So, you can rest assured that you’re in safe hands.
Are there any hidden fees?

If you ask me to take care of a special task that is not covered in your current plan, I will always let you know before hand of any additional fees and/or hours required to complete before commencing/continuing with the work. You’ll never be charged for something that wasn’t agreed upon. So, you always know what to expect at all times.
How does payment work?
Retainers are paid for in advance, at the start of the month. If you join in the middle of the month, your first payment will be pro-rated to cover the remainder of that month. All future payments would then be made at the start of the month going forward.
Ad-hoc work is to be paid for before work commences and on a pay-as-you-go basis.
What happens if I purchase more hours than I need?
The great thing about my retainer packages is that, with the exception of the Taster Package, any unused hours that were purchased that month will automatically rollover to the next, ready to be used for your next set of tasks.
Also, I use Clockify to track my time and invoice in 15-minute increments. So, you don’t have to worry about being charged a whole hour for the sake of five or ten minutes; you’ll always get your money’s worth!
Can I cancel at any time?
I am here to make your life easier. But if for any reason you no longer wish to continue, you can cancel at any time. All I ask is that you give me one month’s notice.
